Is Minechain free?
Yes. Joining is free, and anyone can run a community on the free Starter plan. You only pay when you buy something — a service, a paid membership, a course or a premium post.
What are Reward Credits?
Minechain’s own currency: 100 credits are worth £1. You earn them by completing tasks and bounties, receiving gifts and selling premium posts, and spend them on unlocks, gifts, bounties and more.
Can I turn credits into pounds?
Yes — credits you earn can be converted to pounds, from 500 credits at a time. Credits earned from other members are held for 14 days first, and you can move pounds to your bank from £10.
How does Minechain keep my payment safe?
When you buy a service, the money is held by Minechain, not paid straight to the seller. It’s released when you accept the delivery, or automatically 7 days after delivery. If something goes wrong, open a dispute and the money stays held while our team decides.
Do I need separate accounts to host, sell and learn?
No. One account does it all — switch on hosting or selling when you’re ready, and your reputation follows you everywhere.
