What others can see

  • Your public profile, services and the reviews on your orders.
  • What you post in a public community. Posts in a private or invite-only community are seen by its members.

Payments

  • Card payments are handled by our payment provider — Minechain never sees your full card number.
  • We keep a record of every payment, order and Reward Credits movement, so balances are always accurate.
  • To pay out your pounds, we ask only for the bank details we need.

Your controls

  • Edit your profile and notification settings at any time.
  • Delete your account from Settings.
  • Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data — contact Support.

Cookies

  • We use cookies to keep you signed in and to keep Minechain secure.
  • The full policy will list every cookie we use and what it is for.
