Does it cost anything to sell?
Listing services is free, and the client pays the platform fee on top of your price. Sending proposals and quotes uses a small number of lead credits.
When do I get paid?
When the client accepts your delivery, or automatically 7 days after delivery if they don’t respond. The money goes to your Minechain balance in pounds.
What if the client is unhappy?
They can ask for the revisions your package includes. If you can’t agree, either of you can open a dispute and the payment stays held while our team decides.
Can I sell and run a community with one account?
Yes. One account does everything — selling, hosting and learning — and your reputation follows you.
