Is it really free?
Yes. Your account is free and always will be. You only pay when you choose to buy something — a service, a paid community, a course or a premium post — and you always see the price first.
How do I earn Reward Credits?
Complete tasks posted by brands and members, finish bounties in your communities, receive gifts, and sell premium posts or answer paid messages. Watching short ads is coming soon.
When can I turn credits into pounds?
Once you have at least 500 earned credits (£5). Credits earned from other members are held for 14 days first. You can move pounds to your bank from £10.
What is a premium post?
A post a creator has locked. Unlock it with Reward Credits and it’s yours to keep — the creator can see who unlocked it, and you’re told this before you pay.
What will Silver and Gold add?
A lower platform fee when you buy: half the usual fee on Silver and none on Gold. Courses marked “free for Silver & Gold” are included too.
